Shipping Notification for overseas order
Hello all plants person !! Thanks for visiting our store.
We always offer quality plants and swift shipping process.
- We use EMS and DHL as Carrier.
You can choice one of the both when you make order.
It can be different depending on country and situation which carrier is better or not available. If you can't get the information yourself, please leave me massage and then I'll check.
There may be an additional shipping fee sometimes when you use DHL. In that case, I"ll let you know excess amount.
- You can make request for extra quantity or other specific plants not listed on my page.
Please leave me massage or use 'request' function in the product page If you want.
After you make request, I'll check my stock and then give you reply available or not.
In some cases, i can prepare extra quantity or other requested plants but it can spent a few days.
- There is 3 step in shipping process
1. After you make an order and pay the cost, I'll gather plants and wait for qurantine approval from X-plant.
2. After I get quarantine approval, I'll uproot plants and dry them enough at least 3 days. It's necessary process for safe shipping.
3. When drying work is done, I'll get quarantine certificate and send plants with safe packaging.
This process spend a few days, normally a week.
※ If you need extra declaration in certificate such as disinfection, Please leave the request to X-plant or me.
- Sometimes, there may be a little change to plants
Our products are alive plants, so there may be some changes about some plants updated a long time ago.
But don't worry!! If i see drastic changes in their color and shape, I'll let you know and you can choice partial refund or replacement.

①、进口商(客户)在下单前必须准确了解其所在国家/地区的植物进口要求。 (请联系海关或植物检疫站)
②. Xplant 不对到达您所在国家/地区后出现的任何问题负责。
(海关和检疫站出现的任何问题(税收、延迟交货、丢失包裹),除虫子、土壤外)
③.由于植物海外发货的性质,我们请您在充分了解以下事项后订购。
1) 可退款
- 死的
- 完全损坏或破损
2) 不退还
- 一些折断的树枝
- 落叶
- 颜色变化
- 过度增长
④、如有问题,必须在收到后3天内直接向卖家申请退款。请将 1) 照片,2) 工厂名称和项目代码,3) 和订单号发送给卖家。

⑤.另外,如果包裹被海关或检疫站退回/销毁,您必须向我们发送相关机构的官方文件。只有在卖家有责任的情况下才能进行退款处理,例如土壤、虫子等。
