Delivery(DHL) takes about 3-5 days(Asia) / 5-7days(US/Europe).

2. After order & payment, Xplant and sellers will take care of everything to ship your package.
3. You can check the tracking number and order details under SEARCH DETAILS OF ORDER.

Xplant only provides INVOICE and Phytosanitary Certificate. (at your option)

Caution
Phytosanitary is Free with an order over KRW 300,000 at each store.
But under KRW 300,000, certificate fee will be charged (KRW 20,000).

REFUND POLICY
1.
The importer(customer) must accurately understand the plant import requirements of his/her country before placing an order. Please contact customs or plant quarantine station. (If your nation is USA, you can refer to this USDA manual. )
2.
If the package is returned/destroyed due to bugs, please send us the relevant documents for proof. In that case, you can get a refund. (except for other reasons arising in the importers' country)
3.
Due to the nature of overseas shipments of plants, we ask you to order after fully understanding below things.
① Refundable
- Dead
- Completely damaged or broken
② Non-refundable
- Some broken branches
- Fallen leaves
- Color change
- Over-growth
4.
If there is a problem, you must request a refund directly to the seller within 3 days of receipt.Please send the
 1) photo,
2) name and item code of the plant,
3) and order number to the seller.
5.
If you request cancellation at the time of completion of quarantine and packaging for shipment, you will be refunded after excluding 5% of the product amount.
