When ordering from overseas, the plants will be shipped with bareroots, without sphagnum moss and a pot.
1. CITES Regulations
Wind Orchids (Fukiran, Neofinetia falcata, Vanda falcata) are listed under the CITES Appendix II species.
Depending on the country, an import permit may be required for importing CITES plants, so please make sure to check the CITES import regulations of your own country in advance.
2. CITES Permit Fee & Refund Policy
For orders exceeding KRW500,000(excluding shipping fees), a CITES permit is provided at no additional cost. For orders below KRW500,000, a CITES permit fee of KRW20,000 will be charged separately, in addition to the Phytosanitary Certificate fee.
Please note that if you cancel your order during the CITES issuance process, a refund will be issued with a deduction of KRW20,000, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Obtaining a CITES permit and processing plant quarantine typically takes around 15 to 20days.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Considerations
The suggested shipping costs are automatically applied during the order placement. Additional shipping fees may be incurred based on factors such as the weight, size, and volume of the package, along with the delivery destination.
Delivery may be postponed depending on the weather conditions during the winter and summer seasons.
