Dissatisfaction Very disappointed in this shipment! First of all they put shipping options for EMS or UPS, seller messaged me saying they cannot do UPS because they don’t ship plants. I believe they should fact check this first before putting this as an option for shipping. So we opted for DHL (shipped Jan. 29th, received Feb. 1st) Second- seller’s packing is so terrible. They didn’t wrap plants well so plants arrived in terrible shape, deformed. They just wrapped the root area and taped it.
Lastly, if you’re selling clusters, make sure it arrive as clusters otherwise, i would just buy single headed succulents. Most plants are broken.
I messaged the seller asking for refund but seller did not respond.
- this plant got so beat up because packing is so terrible. Leaves fell and deformed, irreversible damage.
