    택배로 추운날씨여도 에어겔과 신문지로 잘 넣어 포장해 보내주셔서 아무 탈없이 왔네요! 수형도 잘잡혀 있고 이제 마사토랑 섞에서 심어봐야겠네요^^ 포인세티아도 잘왔습니다 이쁘네요

    • 안녕하세요 시멘트화분 가로 세로 안쪽 폭이 24cm인데  이 나무 폭이 어떻게 되나요? 제가 가지고 있는 시멘트 화분에 분갈이가 될까요?? 그리고 만약 되면 택배로 올때 냉해로 위험하지 않을까요? 요즘 택배들이 김장철이라고 몇일씩 걸리더라고요. 또 택배는 어떤걸 쓰시는지요?
    • 판매자화분이 좀 작을듯 합니다.

    2. Xplant is not responsible for any problems that arise after arrival in your country.
    (Any problems arise at customs and quarantine station (tax, delay delivery, missing package) except bugs, soil)

    3. Due to the nature of overseas shipments of plants, we ask you to order after fully understanding below things.

      1) Refundable
        - Dead
        - Completely damaged or broken

      2) Non-refundable
        - Some broken branches
        - Fallen leaves
